| Wilf seems pretty adorable, haha.
I don't know how my characters will get along with all the ones so far, but I can't wait to see the interactions between them; they're all great and yeah EXCITED FOR THIS RP. I should probably go do their profiles now shouldn't I.

| Talking of making profiles, is there any desired format/layout... or anything goes? I will be writing up profiles soon but first I need to decide on names... I can't decide out of a few for both.
Also, I'm excited too. :3
Oh, and Sailor, can I call you singing Luna because of your font?

| Same here. I've drawn pictures for them but every time I sit down and write I'm just... hm, I wonder if my tumblr dash has updated or if anyone I'm subbed to on youtube has done any new videos??
And yes you may, as long as you read all my posts in her voice. I was doing this before Luna made it cool though. u.u

What u do 2 h? I haven't drawn pictures or anything of mine yet so you're ahead of me. I mean I started a quick sketch of the Dryad but been so busy/tired lately I haven't got around to continueing it. Probably won't even go back to it... back to the topic at hand, I'm sure you'll find the drive sooner or later. I know what you mean... I can go weeks struggling to write/draw and then suddenly BOOM ideas start flowing out my ears... course, this usually happens at 11pm and I wake up the next morning with chronic writer's block. Yeah, I found the coincidence quite funny when I noticed it, though I guess in both cases you were looking for the most horrible font possible... though, I don't see why everyone hates comic sans so much. There ARE worse fonts. - Kitty wrote:

Cool, only I don't like some of the things in most profile designs... if that makes any sense.

| h is no longer. Now I am the Shambling Corporate Presence. u.u Yeah, probably. Also I kinda want to wait for more people to put thier profiles up incase I don't put enough on mine or other reasons like that.
We just both have fabulous taste in fonts. u.u I think why comic sans is normally the target of the most hate is because, as well as being awful, is very commonly used. Most of the other horrible fonts are a lot more uncommon.

| Interesting. Well, I'm still using the letter h wheter you like it or not! I'm sticking it to the man! hhhhhhhh
I've started writing my profile(s) just now, but I'm not sure the'll be up tonight, that said you don't need to worry about not having enough. For starters you can always add to it, and profiles aren't all that important as it if. For the most part they just serve as reference. At least, I think so.
That does make sense. Still, I'd happily take comic sans over something like chiller or jokerman any day.

| No! If I can't h NOBODY can! Yeah, that is true. I'll probably get started on them tomorrow. But then again I never do stuff when I say I will so I'mm not going to give a date for them to be ready by.
Same here, but for example you wouldn't see those on a professional buissness' sign or anything like that. There's a barber's near me that has it's logo in comic sans, and there's a 'to let' sign on a house nearby which is written in it too.

| hhhhhh hhhhh hhhhh hhh hhhhhhhhhh hhh hhhhh have ha hice hay Procrastination for the win. For the most part if I say I'll do something, I will do it... but as a result I avoid saying I'll do anything so I don't feel bad if I don't do it... D: To hell with it, worst case scenario mine will be done by the end of sunday. Considering sunday is the first day in two weeks I'm not busy that's a pretty easy deadline, but having it will actually make me do it. :3
I don't take that much notice of fonts. I feel like I should, but I don't really care. :P Maybe I'll pay closer in the future, but so long as it's readable I don't care. Of course, if its obnoxiously bright and oversized... then it is a bit of a pain, singing Luna.

| Stop ittttttt For some reason if I say I'll do something I'm less inclined to get around to doing it... I'm pretty bad about keeping my word when it comes to saying I'll do stuff. D:
I probably care too much about fonts. |D and I don't know what you're talking about those are the best kind of fonts.

Well that sucks. D: What if you say you won't do something then?
Nothing wrong with caring about fonts, I just can't tell them apart for the most part. I mean I could tell several apart, but its not something I think about.

| I do hope nobody thought I'd be missing my deadline. :3 Anyway, here is the first one, for now. No picture as I am too lazy/bad at art to make one and I'm not 100% happy with it, but for now its what I'm going with. To be fair, I can always edit it. Full Name: Alexander Victor Simmons Gender: Male Race: Human Age: 32 Birthday: 9th November Height: 5' 4” Weight: 70 kg Appearance: Neck short black hair, dull blue eyes, a little plump. Interests: Reading, Board Games, Puzzles, Maths, Sciences Personality: Easily irritable and lacking in self-restraint, Alexander frequently comes across as grumpy and cynical. He speaks his mind and shows little care for how his words may damage somebody's feelings. Perhaps a bit too serious at times, he sees everything from a very logical point of view. Provided he gets what he wants, he'll do whatever it takes. Finds a great pleasure in discovering new things, holding an immense level of curiosity for all things great and small. On the downside he finds so much intriguing his attention span can struggle, leading to rather absent-minded and fickle behaviour. Biography: From an early age Alexander became interested in the sciences, and given his natural intelligence he began to excel. Unfortunately however his 'interest' slowly built into obsession. As he grew into his teens he began spending progressively more and more time teaching himself, and as a result spent less and less time around others. Taking the first chance he got, Alexander moved far away from his parents, set on forging his own life of solitude and discovery. Months passed peacefully and Alexander moved from one subject to another, teaching himself as much as possible and making all manner of unusual items. His studies eventually led him to the many strange and fascinating creatures that inhabit the world, in particular, the Dryad. In the hopes of discovering more about them, Alexander tracked down the tree of a Dryad and began to study it, hoping to uncover more about the elusive nature of the creatures. He studied it for weeks before he witnessed the tree give birth to a Dryad. Seeing a key opportunity to learn more about the creatures, Alexander took the girl to live in his home and began to raise the young Dryad himself. Over time he even began to care for her. | |

| ok i haven't got a picture for this guy but he's a kappa so it's kind of obvious what he looks like really??
Name: Edo Gender: Male Age: 1000 years Race: Kappa
Interests: Eating cucumbers, studying human civilisation, gardening and making concoctions. Personality: Highly intelligent and skilled at making medicines, he doesn't like being taken advantage of or his skills being taken for granted. Such acts will cause him to lose his patience and trust in someone. He is curious about humans and will happily listen to anyone's old ramblings or life story on a warm summer afternoon. Somewhat irritable, and a little bossy, especially when making medicine or trying to teach someone, but he is loyal and eager to help at heart, even if it doesn't appear to be so (he is hesitant to help people because he doesn't want to be taken advantage of)
Backstory: For many years, Edo lived in a vast lake surrounding a city and watched curiously as civilisations and eras came and went, visiting the outskirts of the city every so often to further study humans and their way of life, and get the odd cucumber or so. Unlike most kappas, he was not interested in drowning anyone who got too close to his lake instead, he gave them a stern lecture which was often more effective. Often he was visited by people, asking for medicine and such. In his early days, he would readily accept, but as those people started to give him no more than even a 'thank-you', he began to decline and even shout at people asking for his help. Until one day, he found himself approached by a young boy searching for the mythical kappa of the lake. Edo, not wanting to be bothered, told the boy to get lost. After a heated argument the boy left the lake, and Edo was never bothered again....until a week later when he found himself in a burlap sack over the shoulder of the young boy. After being bribed and given a long plea from the boy, Edo eventually caved in to helping him, and now lives at his house working on medicines and watching daytime TV.

But then again, it is kinda dull I wouldn't worry about it, I mean you can easily edit a bio in now, but its not that big a deal if you don't have anything you feel the need to state before hand. We can learn about them as our characters do after all. Personally I don't think I should have bothered. Besides pointing out Sophia is Alexander's adopted daughter I don't think there is anything useful in my bios. :I Oh yeah, and I need to finish Sophia's profile which should have been up yesterday.

| Full Name: Sophia Elah Simmons Gender: Female Race: Dryad Age: 12 Birthday: 21st March Height: 5' 1” Weight: 45 kg Appearance: Neck length auburn hair with an unusually long fringe worn over her right eye, Bright green eyes. Despite being a Dryad, Sophia retains a very human appearance besides a few signs of her racial heritage she chooses to hide. Interests: Cooking, Camping, Football Personality: With more then a healthy amount of energy and curiosity, Sophia is usually the one to act without caution, if only to find out just what that big red button does. As someone who adores the company of others, she finds socialising effortless but as a result can struggle with boredom when left alone leading her to become a bit demanding of those around her. Whilst not particularly selfish, she is more then willing to squeeze favours out of others when the need arises. Biography: Taken in since birth by Alexander, Sophia has been raised as his own daughter since. Despite the man's rather unusual habits, she has so far lived a relatively ordinary life. Whilst fully aware of her Dryad lineage, she has yet to grow completely comfortable with the fact and as such attempts to hide it from those around her, afraid of the complications it could cause. Edit: Added my rather lame picture of the girl to give people a vague idea as to what she looks like. :3

| lazy drawing is lazyName: Jonah Hill Age: 16 Gender: Male Race: Human Birthday: 25th May Height: 5'11" Weight: fuck idk but he;s not very heavy I nterests: gardening, ska music, running around places, the colour blue Personality: A hard worker and tries his best. Always wants to do what's best for other people and help others, but often goes about the more morally wrong way of doing it. Often rather stubborn and acts immature under pressure. Backstory: After family issues early on in life (of which he will disclose to no one), Jonah has always lived with his Grandmother on the outskirts of a bustling city, near a small forest and a lake. His Grandmother taught him everything school didn't, and always stuck her neck out for him despite her age, and the many times he ended up in trouble for going the wrong way about doing the right thing (on occasion he has stolen to get presents for others, and resorted to violence to stand up for oppressed classmates). One day, he went with his Grandmother to the doctors as she had been experiencing some health problems. She had always lived healthily and never seemed weak, so he didn't expect any kind of issue. She told him to wait outside, and so he did, rather to his irritation as he usually went in with her whenever she went to the doctor's. He listened in on their chat, and then he heard two words he had never expected to hear that day: "it's terminal". In a flurry of emotions, he ran out of the building and fled to the forest by his house. After many hours of wandering and crying, he came to the lake where the legendary kappa lived. He remembered that kappas are skilled at making medicines, so he begged for the creature's help. After an argument, he stormed off without a kappa, but soon returned to acquire his aid with force. Since that day Jonah's had the kappa make medicine for his grandmother, in hope that she will soon get better. | |
