Oh, I liked the second more as well. A lot more actually. I'm pretty sure my play times on both are ridiculous. I got ALL the emblems on the first and the vast majority in the second... Also, the chao garden... chao garden! CHAO GARDEN! The thing actually has an amazing amount of depth for a "mini" game.

Yeah, same here, at least I'm pretty sure I did. And at one point I was really bored so I decidded to spend several hours grinding from about 10 lives to 99 even though I didn't need them. |D The chao garden was amazing though. I still remember my favourite chao's name even though it's been five years or so since I played. xD

Mine was called Sunny. He was pretty great. I miss him. Now I'm really tempted to go and reply those games...

not least because I know there are many chao types I never got. When I said it was deep I was serious. There are actually a ton of secret chao types you can get via breeding, like translucent chaos. I think I even had a translucent green one.

I didn't get many of the scet chao types either. I don't think I got any tranparent chaos because I mostly spent my time just looking after one chao and ignoring the rest. xD

So yeah, I don't mean to nag but things seem to be a bit... quiet. Now, I understand I'm as much to blame for that as anyone else but I can't help but feel everyone is either sitting quietly hoping somebody else will do something, or having second thoughts and wanting to drop out.
Basically I'm just curious to know if gears are actually turning, slowly ticking away outside my view, as I don't have a clue what anyone else is up to...
That being said I don't know what I'm supposed to do either.
Look, if I can help In any way I'd be happy to, I was just kinda excited about this thing but it doesn't currently seem to be going anyway.
I'm not trying to be rude, and if you're all on the verge of posting mastercraft profiles or some epic plot then you have my sincere apologies... I just want to know If I can help really.

Oh gosh no, don't feel like you're nagging because this really does need to go somewhere.
I think first, we need to come to a decision on a plot, and then, have everyone finish their character profiles.

Sorry, I'm still working on my bios! I appologise for being so slow. I'm just bad at writing and keep changing my mind and sjdfjhahdjcnsjvj.
uh, I'll get them done soon.
And I can't think of a better plan. Of course I have no plot ideas though.
Also those other chaos deserved it for not being as good as my other chao. Sure, that may have been caused by the lack of attention/animals/powercorethings but what can I say, it's a vicious circle.

Well, I'll throw out a couple of potential ideas, in case any of them catch people's interest:

Idea 1: Evil organisation begins capturing the mythological creatures and using their unique abilities to achieve world domination, extreme revenue, tv ratings, personal lols or to sell to rich upper class types.

Of course, problem with that idea is that it's a little overdone. Evil organisations always seem to want to hunt down unusual people... but of course if we reversed it...

Idea 2: A group of mythological supremacists begin capturing humans and other 'lesser' races and forcing them into slavery.

Idea 3: A group/individual seeks to summon/ressurect/repair a demigod, demon overlord, Cthulhu, ancient weapon or magical artefact but doing so will cause all sorts of problems/the apocalypse.

Idea 4: War. 'nough said.

Idea 5: Everyone goes on a plane trip/cruise only to have it crash on an tropical island.

Idea 6: Some form of grand competition/tournament.

Sorry those are all cliche and crappy ideas. :C
I'll have a proper think tommorrow when I'm not half-braindead.

Also, is adventure time any good? Seeing as there won't be another Evangellion movie for like a year I find myself short on things to watch.

The blackmail thing sounds like a cool idea, but a problem I can see with it are characters that are obviously not human eg. kitty's kappa, my zombie & harpy ect. Other than that it sounds good. ouo

And all of those ideas sound really good. I especially like number 2. :3

Thanks, the're just things I pulled out my mind on the spot though, one dimensional and drowned in cliches. :3
I mainly just want to get a vague idea on what sort of plots people liked the idea of.
Number 2 though... well, people always seem to paint the legendary races as the oppressed races, and so humanity always seems to take it's seat in the evil chair... and all because suethors want their characters to be powerful AND oppressed.

Is adventure time any good? No, it's GREAT. I really love it and it's just....aahhhhh.

I particularly like number 2 and 6.
Six mainly because I can imagine some kind of sick reality show where mythological creatures are lesser beings in society and are therefore used as entertainment when being put to death against each other (a la hunger games, I suppose) or in other ways.

I've been meaning to watch Adventure Time seeing as I'm on a bit of a kids tv program kick at the moment but I couldn't find it on youtube & Virgin on demand only has three episodes so then I gave up looking because I'm lazy. Do you know where I can watch it? o:

I've never understood why humans manage to always oppress mythological creatures. They may be outnumbered but is it really worth the huge amounts effort, money, ect.? Also no one seems to give a shit apart from one or two rebels who has thier parents killed by the guys enslaving the creatures or whatever. I'm pretty sure nearly everyone would think 'hey, guys, THAT'S NOT OKAY'. okay i'm ranting i'll stop now.

The episodes don't need to be watched in any particular order, as there isn't really a running plot, but the first episode or so do give away some of the running themes and make them make sense.

I don't know either...but I think it'd be interesting to have a thing where there's a big issue about mythological creatures' roles in society and how they should all be equal?? You could have extremists on either side which could be pretty interesting.

In that case how about this...
The mysterious group has begun capturing humans and other "inferior" races and putting them into some form of deadly underground tournament... only managing to do so by remaining hidden from the law and remaining one step ahead.
Then we can have an individual/group somehow obtain the identities of the bad guy group, either through infiltration, hacking etc. and from there tries to rally as much support as possible to launch an assault on said bad guys before their prisoners are finished off by the game.
Of course, that doesn't give much motivation for the bad guys, but we could argue wealth as their motivation. If the've set up this game they could charge ludicrous amounts for viewership and/or set up some form of gambling ring based on who perishes/survives... and given they are in control of the game could control the bets to make as much money for themselves as possible.
As for the blackmail, well the syndicate members are going to be in quite a tight spot if someone knows their names so...
Anyway, just trying to come up with ideas. Feedback plz k thx. *shot*

Sailor, rant to your heart's content. Your words are oh so true. I think a lot of people just want to play the "good guys" and the exotic races. :3

Might watch adventure time then, seeing as it has a remarkable hype for a kid's show, second only to my little pony.

That's a really neat way of combining them! o: I like it! :3 Could I maybe rp as one of the guys who kidnaps humans? o: (it'll probably be a new character to the ones I've mentioned because none of them are really bad in that way)
